To get the best view over a large area of traditional, extensive cattle farming, we can take you up to our neighbouring villages high plateu.

Once you have climbed the paved but pretty steep and curvy road, be prepared to have your breath taken by what you see. But, honestly, pictures cant do this place real justice:

Up on the plateau, we have a few options: either we sit down for a refreshing picknick in the shade of a big tree - or we go on a hike to the near waterfall.

during the hike there are several places you will want to stop and enjoy the view - and maybe take some pictures

The cooling effect of the waterfall is especially welcoming during the hot summer days, and so we stay a bit to catch our breath and watch the water falling down the cliff. On the way back we might pass some peacefully grazing cows, not even looking up from their tasty greens.

picknick or hike? you decide - but all cars remain here

Back at the car, if you went for the hike, you will already anticipate the next highlight: exploring the valleys culinary offerings in one of our two hand-selected restaurants. Here we can guarantee for authentic food using lokal ingredients, and therefore the best quality possible!

one of our favourite dishes: Balmos (Polenta, cooked in homemade cream/butter/milk) - accompanied by either shepards cheese or meat

With full tummies and happy minds, we leave this day with its unique experiences behind. "La Revedere!"
